1) Mi sono registrato e ho caricato il mio brano, ma non lo vedo ancora on line. Come mai?
La visibilità non è immediata perché la pubblicazione dei file è moderata dallo staff di MyRadio ed è effettuata successivamente alle verifiche di cui agli artt. 3.2 e 3.3 del regolamento da te accettato.
2) Cliccando sul player riesco ad ascoltare solo un minuto e mezzo del brano selezionato. E' un problema del mio computer?
L'ascolto del brano è limitato a un minuto e mezzo perché l'ascolto integrale avviene sulla webradio (solo per i brani più votati dai visitatori della community o selezionati dalla Società). Puoi contribuire a incrementare il gradimento votandolo.
3) Il mio brano è già registrato in SIAE, posso partecipare lo stesso?
Sono spiacente, ma in base al combinato disposto degli artt. 3.1.1, 4 e 8 del Regolamento, che viene accettato da chi si iscrive alla community My Radio, il progetto si rivolge esclusivamente ad artisti emergenti senza vincoli contrattuali circa i diritti d'autore, e che propongono prodotti artistici originali.
4) Il mio gruppo ha un profilo su MySpace, posso linkarlo alla mia scheda di My Radio?
Mi spiace ma non è possibile linkare altri siti, così come previsto dall'art. 3.4 del Regolamento; puoi però trascrivere il tuo profilo sulla nostra pagina a te dedicata.
5) Quanti brani posso caricare su MyRadio?
E' possibile caricare al massimo tre file dello stesso artista (utente); non è possibile invece caricare lo stesso file più di una volta. In caso contrario si procederà ai sensi dell’art.9 del Regolamento da te accettato.
6) Quali sono le modalità di programmazione dei file votati dal pubblico all'interno della webradio?
I files votati dal pubblico faranno parte di diritto della programmazione e nella misura di almeno un passaggio al giorno per scaglioni di tempo proporzionali ai voti ricevuti e più specificatamente:
- per 7 giorni consecutivi al raggiungimento dei primi 300 voti;
- per 15 giorni consecutivi al raggiungimento di ulteriori 1000 voti;
- per un mese consecutivo al raggiungimento di ulteriori 2500 voti;
- per due mesi consecutivi al raggiungimento di ulteriori 5000 voti.
1) I have registered myself and uploaded my file but I cannot see it online. Why?
Your file is not immediately visible because it has to be checked by the moderators’ staff of My Radio. After this screening, it is uploaded in conformity with art. 3.2 and 3.3 of the User Agreement that you accepted.
2) I am voting for the available songs. However, when I click on the player, I can only listen to 90 seconds of the selected song. Is there a problem with my computer?
There is no problem. We have selected the most representative part of the song so that you can vote for it. The most voted ones will be inserted in their totality in MyRadio programming.
3) My song is already registered with a music and authors rights company. Can I still be part of this contest?
We are sorry but on the basis of the articles 3.1.1, 4 and 8 of the User Agreement that you accepted, MyRadio project has been built for emerging artists without contractual obligations in relation to music or author rights, and who propose original artistic products.
4) My band is on MySpace. Can I link it to MyRadio page?
We are sorry but it is not possible to link MyRadio to other websites as explained in the article 3.4 or our User Agreement. However, you can transfer your profile on your page of MyRadio. You can insert in other social networks a link to MyRadio inviting your fans to discover your work on our website.
5) How many songs or audio files can I upload on MyRadio?
It is possible to upload up to three files of the same artist (user). It is not possible to upload the same file more than one time. See article 9 of the User Agreement.
6) What are the programming rules for the files that are inserted in the web radio?
Files voted by the visitors will be part of the regular programming of the web radio. They will be played at least once a day with rotations based on the numbers of votes or more specifically:
- For 7 days consecutively after the first 300 votes.
- For 15 days consecutively after 1000 additional votes
- For one month consecutively after 2500 additional votes
- For 2 months after 5000 additional votes.
